Terms of Service – ProtectVPN

By using ProtectVPN, operated by Cypherser S.L., you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

ProtectVPN is a virtual private network service provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific performance levels.

You must be 18 or older to use this app. Illegal use (e.g. fraud, hacking, copyrighted content abuse) is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination without notice.

ProtectVPN uses Firebase for authentication and analytics. Anonymous access is granted through device-linked sessions. We do not store personal data. RevenueCat handles subscriptions via Apple; we do not access your payment details.

No logs of VPN activity, DNS queries, or browsing content are kept. We may process anonymized metrics to maintain service quality. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Refunds must be requested through Apple. Cypherser S.L. is not responsible for Apple’s refund decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and EU consumer laws. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Barcelona, Spain.
